Mekel 15-Day Return Policy

At Mekel, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

 

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered products

Return Process

  1. Email customerservice@shopmekel.com within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back within 5 days of return approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mekel is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If an exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
